Pricing FAQs

Do I have to do all four phases with you?

No. Each phase is a standalone engagement. Many clients come to us with existing designs or architectures — we'll quote accordingly. But clients who do all four phases get seamless handoffs and a 10% bundle discount.

How is the development phase priced?

After Phase 1 & 2, we give you a fixed quote for Phase 3 based on your finalized scope. No surprises. Payment is 30% upfront, 40% at mid-sprint review, 30% on delivery.

What's included in every phase?

Every phase includes weekly status updates, a shared project board, and a dedicated Slack channel. You always know where things stand.

Can I start with just the mobile app or just the web portal?

Yes. We can scope any subset of the deliverables. The full-stack bundle (portal + mobile + AI) is our most common engagement, but we're flexible.

How long does Phase 3 (development) take?

Simple products (single platform, limited AI): 4–6 weeks. Full-stack (portal + mobile + AI): 8–10 weeks. Complex enterprise builds: 12–16 weeks. We'll give you an exact timeline with Phase 2.
