1. The service
Infiniotics provides a marketplace for discovering, evaluating, and subscribing to vertical SaaS products. Product publishers remain responsible for their applications, pricing accuracy, and support commitments unless we expressly state otherwise.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
3. Marketplace purchases
Subscriptions and fees are billed according to the plan you select. Taxes may apply. Refunds, if any, follow the publisher’s policy and applicable law. Failed payments may result in suspension of access to paid features.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer services except where permitted by law, upload malicious content, or use Infiniotics in violation of applicable regulations.
5. Intellectual property
Infiniotics branding, platform software, and content we create remain our property. Product logos, screenshots, and materials belong to their respective owners. You receive a limited license to use the marketplace as intended.
6. Disclaimers
The marketplace is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listing meets your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infiniotics and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the services.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date.
